Don’t ask my why but I did a quick search on Google for Gavs Blog even though my current privacy settings block me from appearing on search engines.

However I did find this Gav’s Blog and thought it was a pretty nice looking WordPress Blog so have completely nicked the design.

To be fair the theme is available for free download and I have had to work out the HTML code for myself to alter the basic theme so that the recent comments appear in the sidebar rather than as part of the footer so I don’t feel too bad.

I have now worked out how to show my Xbox Live Gamercard on the sidebar so you can keep track of what I’m playing at the mo.

Progress has been a little slow but hopefully things will start picking up now all the major demolition work has been completed.

We have now bricked up the hole in wall so the cats are now longer able to run through into the dining room.

We have also finished taking out the ‘nib’ part of the chimney breast the backs onto the lounge.

We have also had a new fuse box installed and have had the electric meter and main fuse moved from inside the kitchen to the outside wall.

Michelle’s friend has measured up to replace the double glazing but as the the windows have external beading this won’t hold us up with having the kitchen fitted.

I have now worked out how to make WordPress show who made the post. It now shows the user that posted just below the title of the post.

Until now I have been posting everything as admin but I have now set up a user account for both myself and Michelle so you will be able to tell which of us is making the post.
